Graphics failure?

there may be a chance its unreplicateable due to the rarity and the scope of the cascading chaos of colors
when i tried ro capture the glitch, it wouldn't let me screenshot it and when i eventually did, the game crashed (check the second picture for the dimensional anomaly)
