Fuselage Part with seats

A new fuselage part can be devoloped with a fixed diameter and seat count, for example the part can be 1m in length with two astronaut seats and when the length is increased the seats are there by default for every 1m of fuselage, you make a 50m fuselage you get 100 seats, two per row
