This screenshot is right after I had clicked the prograde button in the nav panel. The same thing happens if I click the green cone in the nav rings area. Once heading has been locked to current, then the lock prograde buttons work.
Attempting to lock heading to prograde or retrograde locks it to current instead

If you pause the game, click the prograde button, and then unpause the game, the issue doesn't happen. (Possible race condition with two scripts updating the same state?).
