Sorry about the reupload because the last report didn't show up on the bug list ( not active)
so all rover type crafts both built by myself or other people will start to rotate at a crazy speed after parachute on them is opened. Then allow the parts connected to it will just fly off, making the game impossible to play as landing on bodies with an atmosphere will be impossible. this only started to happen after the latest update.

@404notfound91 The wobble and the small tilt can be neutralized using a strong gyro :) so no more problems and my rovers can go to mars again (YAY) thx.

@PhilipTarpley Thank you very much! THe crafts turning to their left side during rentry is still present and there is still quite a wobble after opening the parachute which continues until touch down. BUT They dont rotate out of control and dissamble any more so I see this is a big win! Thanks for all the hard work!

@404notfound91 Thanks for reporting, there was definitely some serious problems w/the parachute code. I've made some changes and and the new version .9.402 is live, if you could check it out and see if it addresses the issues.

Oh just an update, this actually happens with all of the crafts even just with the command pot with a parachute on it. They will all start spinning.( except one of my mars lander because I put a gyro score about 1000times stronger than by default XD) It still wiggles in an abnormal way though. I also noticed when rentryng planets, all crafts will try to rotate to their left but the gyros onboard will try to fight back.

Still a problem in the recent (planet studio) update.
Parachute deployment direction seems to be random, or maybe it is deployed in the direction of yaw/pitch moment, It is often deployed in sideways direction, at times it will even be deployed in somewhat prograde direction. Either way it causes severe wobble of the craft.
