Better forum interface

Forums are nice for community interaction. In order to navigate them it would be nice to have more than previous-next page options (<< X-2 X-1 X X+1 X+2 >>).
It would also be nice to have a search tool. If we don't want to have repeated posts this would make it easier to check if someone has made the same suggestion/post before and we could also find what we wanted faster.
