goto map view use RCS translation in any direction Notice the periapsis is updaing but not the orbital lines
Firing engines or leaving and re-entering the map view updates the orbit line
FYI - I am closing this b/c it does appear to have been fixed at some point.
I think this is fixed (at least I haven't seen this bug in ages)
It doesn't happen every time for me but I have definitely had this issue.
