Some telescopes and stars/other celestial bodies we could discover. In KSP it's possible to detect asteroids, but I think it would be cool to actually discover distant stars and planets in a realistic way instead (like, by putting better telescopes further and further away). Seems like another easy to implement way of making the game richer in content.
