Juno: New Origins | "Camera Rotate Speed" setting does not affect anything

In planet creation mode the Miscellaneous -> Camera Rotate Speed setting does not actually affect the camera rotate speed, and it is very fast (360 degrees by moving mouse around 1/10th of the screen). I can tell the setting does not affect anything because the camera still rotates at the speed set to 0

@Pedro can it be adjusted for the planet creation mode specifically? After i tried launching a rocket above the planet the camera speed was not excessive, so i wouldn't want to change one but affect the other too

@Omega you can adjust the mouse sensitivity in the settings iirc

@Pedro should it not also change the speed of right click rotation? It is a bit excessive

It affects the camera rotate controls, mapped to rtyfgh and uiojkl
