Lights on the runway and taxi lanes so that you can see where you are going at night.. at least, where you should be going.

PAPI lights next to the runway would be useful, too. However, I think they would need to be adjustable for different glideslopes for different vehicles. I think Space Shuttle had their PAPI pointed much higher because the approach was much steeper than the other aircraft using the runway.
