If we could timewarp by many years and have nuclear engines, maybe we could have many planetary systems in some sort of galaxy and actually do interstellar trips? The lowest estimate I found was around 50 years for unmanned Project Daedalus spacecraft, so it's not as impossibly long as it may seem. Anyway, it would be really cool to do interstellar travel in an actually scientifically correct way and the combination of huge timewarps and nuclear propulsion makes it possible ^^
