Resource panel to see what you have in your rocket

@AnotherFireFox I was going to add some info the flight panel that will include the rocket's current battery and mono levels. Does that work for what you have in mind here?

@AndrewGarrison I mean this is nothing with the post. I'm saying about resources carried by the rocket, not the flight data.
