Presently, most parts rotate around their geometric centre, which is quite cumbersome to work around when you want to make slants.

Why:
Say you have 2 fuel tanks attached together, and want to rotate one to make a 90 degree angle, the ideal scenario would be so that it rotates around its attachment point, however, the game rotates it from the centre of the fuel tank, so you end up with a broken T, and have to move everything. It becomes even harder to reattach when the angles are not 90 degrees.

How:
When you click the rotation tool, a sub tool called the pivot point(or some sort) should show up in the tab. When clicked, it would change the rotation visuals to something that is half-translate-half rotate.

Current Work-around:

The shortcut I use is using the connection tool to detatch it from the main craft, then add a part where I want the center of rotation, rotate that part, reattatch everything and delete the reference part
