Stage and wait until TWR hits 2. TWR would be constant. If TWR and Gravity is constant, acceleration should also be constant. But it isn't.

But atmospheric drag is not constant and decreases with altitude. Have you tried this on Luna?

@AndrewGarrison Oops, my bad. You're right. I didn't thought this is due to atmospheric drag because the acceleration decreased and increased. I forgot atmospheric drag is also determined by v^2, not air density only.
