Parts attaching as if it was to a cylinder

Messing around with this (https://www.simplerockets.com/c/AjC633/Car-Rover-Suspension-Test) and isolated all but the battery part. However, the command chip is acting like its a cylinder and not a block

Bug Done Found in 0.3.0.0 Fixed in 0.3.3.0

    FYI - In the meantime, you can work around this by setting Angle Snap to 0 degrees.

    Attempting to connect the command chip to the fuselage makes it seem as though the fuselage is a smooth cylinder. Is that the issue you are referring to here?
