no matter what i do i cant get these wheels to spin or turn.
Wheels do not respond to roll or throttle on detached rover / subcraft

Dev notes: Even after attaching a command chip to the rover and detaching, I still cannot control the wheels.

The wheels are assigned to activation group 1. Once I activated AG1 they worked fine.
