Hinge and a wing, done.

But making a fin part with high drag via XML is just as easy.
Also it adds a customizable feature.
And all you need is a rotator and wing or fin part

@Sneezitz I feel that a stock airbrake part would make a lot of sense to have in this game. It would make things easier.

Interesting idea, although, it’s also easy to make them from scratch.
