Craft landed on bodies tipping over on reload

Whenever I load a landed craft or land another craft near the already landed craft,the game loads the already landed craft in such a way that it goes a little upwards and then tips over when it comes back. It is really frustrating to see your hard work go down in such a stupid way. It makes colony building very difficult,if not impossible.
P.s- The craft in the image was pretty stable.
