Now negative fuel or electrical consumptions only work as 0 fuel/electrical consumption. What about making negative consumptions generate fuel?
This way we could easily fuel the crafts in a xml moddified tower, make fake drills that only work when grounded...

    I would also like tanks designed to contain regolith. I would prefer the regolith have composition properties depending on where it is harvested.

    Scoops, drills, and orbital collectors could produce regolith, and then separate ISRU factories could produce the finished products and waste. Also need thermal management...

    @swope but without modding we can only have 2 inputs (fuelConsumption and electricalConsumption), so we would need another part to achieve that

    @pedro16797 - well, I see hydrolysis as a "motor" that consumes water and electricity, and "negatively consumes" (produces) hydrolox.

    @swope that would be for stock game, I mean using the negative fuel consumption (that can be used now) but generating fuel instead of just consuming 0, I think there's a post suggesting drills and generators, It may be a good idea to make a suggestion for hydrolisis
