Throttle Gauge and Throttle Slider show slightly different percentages

During the Low-Flier mission, the two different throttle "gages" read different values (they're off by 1%). The optional one, on the left, reads 6% while the main orange one, in the middle, read 5%. See Optional Screenshot with full UI.
