Launch Cloud textures broken when nav sphere isn't used.

If the nav sphere is turned off, when launching, the launch cloud will have no textures; however when it is turned on the launch cloud will have textures.

  1. Start Sandbox, Turn Nav Sphere off.

  2. Throttle up.

  3. Throttle down.

  4. Turn Nav Sphere on.

  5. Repeat 2. and 3.

Bug Done Found in 0.3.3.0 Fixed in 0.3.4.0

    Dev Notes: It appears to be related to MRT. If I disable re-entry effects, the problem does not occur. Also, I can repro this issue by changing the Depth of the NearCamera to be greater than NavSphereCamera.
