The rover is separated from the lander and activated after loading it from 'resume flight' and its command disk shows vizzy 'stopped', although it's Vizzy has a infinite while loop.
steps to reproduce bug:
1 . launch lander with rover on interstage (rover's command disk starts from OFF as set in designer)
2 . save flight
3 . resume flight, release rover, take control of the rover
4 . rover command disk shows vizzy stopped.
(This won't happen if rover is separated and activated before saving flight, even if it's command disk gets turned OFF again before saving)
