I had to destroy a craft, and destroyed the payload (A container. It was in the list of crafts. I thought it needs to be destroyed to reset.)
Now I can't launch a plane, the program complains there is no payload available from the quests - yet I've got an active quest ! So either the program should not allow destroying quest payload, or it should not complain that it's not available, just check the missions and generate one if needed.
