When I pushed the Warp to next Manuever button without having selected auto burn, the craft seemed to glitch and its velocity increased so much that it excaped earth's orbit. I have not yet been able to reproduce this glitch at will.

I can't reproduce this issue. We did make some changes that will hopefully make the orbits a bit more stable in the next release. Hopefully, that will fix the issue in the next version. When 0.6.6.0 comes out, let us know if you see this again. Thanks for submitting a bug report.
