I think it would be a good idea to make the career mode payloads available in sandbox mode. This would allow players to play around with the payloads without having to wait for them to be offered in contracts. After the player deploys the payload, it would be deleted like it is in career mode.
yeah, it would be good for testing/experimenting without wasting all your cash and time
