Option to disable new part connections

Using sub-assemblies or groups of parts you want to replicate elswhere on your craft gets annoying because you can't control the part in the group that gets attached. This gets worse for groups with multiple small parts, like a rover wheel sub-assembly.
I suggest the option to disable (new) connections for individual parts so you can only attach it by the part you desire.
