Addition of stock Hypergolic propellants for Satellites and Interplanetary Probes

Currently, the only way to get Hypergolic propellants is through use of Realistic Engines mod.
I'm proposing the above for the stock game. There do not have to be many variations, two choices or even one I believe would be enough, just to add see realism to the game.
