Engines AG Groups and Fuel

@Pedro yeah, the fuel used to pop up once you enabled that given engine and powered it on, regardless of the staging condition

@RamenNoodlesXVII are you sure that wasn't how it worked before?

It shows once you activate stage, yes, but not for when you turn it off and on again. Plus, this wasn't an issue before so must be a bug

@Pedro no, even after staging, when turning it off then back on it doesn't show fuel amount

The fuel isn't shown for the active engines but for the active stage
