More realistic electricity usage / torque on motors (Just like wheels)

Just like the wheels ,when the Rpm is getting closer to "Max Rpm",the electricity usage and torque will decrease.
For a same motor in real world,spinning at 2000 Rpm with nothing attached to it will require less torque.And,of course,less electricity.While,spinning at lower Rpm but with something heavy or something that produces much drag,the torque of this motor will become larger (Or close to it's max torque) and the electricity usage should be much higher.
