Right now objects(Astronaut & Tourist) after EVA inside a moving plane above 2,000m ASL(ON Droo I've noticed yet, didn't tried on other celestial objects) seems to either slams to back of the plane, or if they manages to EVA without slamming to back of the plane they'll after that altitude behave like in a freefall situation, like being on the ISS, even though the plane won't be in a situation that will cause the astronaut/tourist inside to feel like being in a Zero G plane.
Getting them on their feet mid air in an airplane like irl seems a very genuine thing.
