if in a high apocynthion orbit and you engage the time warp every time you reach the highest point the time warp slows by one setting.

The game reduces time warp as the craft gets closer to a planet to improve the stability of the simulation.

@AndrewGarrison I understand that but it was at the highest point not the lowest.
