Unpredictable shaking

When my shuttle enters the atmosphere, once my speed gets a little bit fast, the shuttle will have a severe shake which is extremely hard to control. In addition, the speed keeps increasing during shacking if I don't use a parachute. It might be caused by a huge lift. However, it can be a bad bug. Wish you can fix this bug. Thanks a lot
