There is this very peculiar bug, which makes wheel turn behaviour to be completely off, if the parts which those wheels are attached to were placed on rotators and rotated.

It makes it impossible to make compact self-unpacking designs using rotators (unless somebody replaces wheel turn mechanics with static wheels on rotators, but that introduces different issues, so it's not a desirable workaround).

I had to replace wheel turn mechanics by placing wheels on rotators, because wheel turns became 2-dimensional and were completely off. If one removes the rotators the wheels are placed on and reenable wheel turns, it can be seen where's the problem.
