Some others may have suggested this but I decided some more things on it.
Multi player - Requires WiFi and only connects with the selected server, region.
Communication - 13+ - Voice chat but typing for children under 13
Server hosts - hosts the server. Can kick players

Voice chat should be filtered like Roblox, so 7 yr old and 11s can join
