My Editor does't anymore shows the editing arrows, so I cant edit wings or things that doesn't support shape tool obs: the thubmnail doesn't shows anythings strange because it isn't possible to select parts

In the designer, if you go to "active tool" (the arrow icon on the top left) do you have "show resize gizmos" enabled?
