For an unknown reason, since last time I opened SR2, there is no more smoke effect (so sweat) when lifting off

@AndrewGarrison ok figured it out, I thought lift effect was engine effect, not environment

We don't have lift off smoke on the runway, as the virtual acoustic suppression systems are only on launch pads.
