Changes in dV aren't reflected in values out of the SOI

To keep things easy just toggle the rcs in translate mode and looking in the prograde direction.
Go to the map view and advance the steps until Enter SOI of Luna and press W to accelerate the craft. The Periluna won't change unless you go back to Droo SOI and then to Enter SOI of Luna again
