Control surface is wrong size when wing is part scaled

If the wing has been part-scaled before adding a control surface, this would happen. In this state, said control surface isnt selectable

    Thanks for the bug report. My dev notes below were just steps on how to easily reproduce when we can get around to fixing this.

    I discovered an easy fix @AndrewGarrison
    1. Resize back to 100%
    2. Add control surface
    3. Resize back to whatever
    .
    But still, thank you for the notes!

    Dev Notes:
    1) Take the designer craft and select the wing.
    2) Delete its control surface.
    3) Add a new control surface.
