I noticed this while screwing around with my Komet in space, where the only control I have is activating my engine when the plane is in the right orientation. Doing this, I used the full/kill throttle keys a bunch, and noticed that the kill throttle key sometimes leaves your engine slightly activated even when throttle shows 0%, and sometimes leaves you at a higher percentage, ~4-11 ish. How to reproduce: Mess around going full throttle then killing it, increasing throttle both by full throttle command and sometimes with shift.

Dev Notes: My hunch is that this is due to Rewired's gravity settings and that after letting go of shift and immediately hitting 'X', there is some residual input that remains for a few frames after the user lets go of X and that increases the throttle slightly.
