This would pretty much just be a resizable pane of glass that you could attach to other structural parts. Just like with SimplePlanes, people are going to start creating custom cockpits, and it'd be great if we could have windows to maintain the aerodynamic shapes of our crafts. Otherwise, we'll have to create mock-windows consisting of drag-inducing holes or weird workarounds, like sticking a camera inside a strategically-placed glossy fuselage block. This applies to any kind of craft that might need windows: rockets, planes, boats, cars, anything. Custom cockpits are some of my favorite builds, and I'd really like to see people run with them without sacrificing the realism and performance of their crafts.

I don't think I have agreed with something more in my life. Imagine the hours saved from being able to just paint something as transparent

A transparent customizable window part should be in the game because this idea will be helpful in making starships and other creations.

was just thinking transparency as a paint tool would be best causs we could make any shape and color. or like the mirrors completely invisible when set to one end of the sliders

Yes, this would totally up the quality of creating stuff, and prevent astronauts from falling or floating out what we have to pretend is a window, but its still a big hole. I would upvote 100 times plus if I could on this, and move it up on priority in updates. In real life, windows are everywhere, even on pc. Wrong windows, anyway you get it.
