A part that resembles how the tether works on an astronaut. Would have 2 connection points and could be extended or retracted by sliders. A potential use would be for a Skycrane.
Could also be used as a winch for rovers to right themselves/ climb steep inclines.
Extra functionality ideas:
-Would have the ability to aimed manually or automatically at a targeted part
-Could connect to a part or the ground
-Can be released and fired manually, or by activation group or by vizzy

i thought this was for crafts and stuff so we can make realistic skycranes but this is cool too i guess
