Allow a craft to change its vizzy program in flight. Useful when you notice a bug in your five year long mission three years into flight.

IRL, software updates/fixes to spacecraft after launch are normal. So this would fit in-game at a given tech level. But some way to exit and restart a program, not just pause it, would seem to make sense here also
