When I reached a polar orbit with this craft and locked prograde the rcs began to fire and spin the craft out of control. I turned off RCS and activated it nuclear engine but it still could nto stop itself from spinning.

Dev Notes: It's not actually the RCS that are causing it to spin, but actually the satellite dishes are colliding with the pistons and causing a torque that spins the craft.
