Ability to XML exhaust settings in rocket engines/ions/jets

Currently it is not possible to edit the exhaust color of engines, unless you mod in Unity, this suggestion makes it possible to do this, like on SimplePlanes where you can add RGB values to jet engine exhausts, as well as changing the size and other parameters.

    I bet someone has a engine that has a orange exhaust but it uses hydrolox
