Using the hidden properties, set the fuel consumption to a high number (for demonstration) and the thrust to 0. This was already reported and marked as fixed, but still behaves the same.

I'm a little confused. Are you wanting the engine to consume fuel but generate no thrust? Or are you referring to the non-zero exhaust velocity and pressure values that should be zero?
