The 2nd of the Centauri moons from Ventosos, Noros is an icy moon that has a subterranean ocean beneath the icy surface.
Under the ice, there is an ocean, one likely teeming with life! It is your job to go and find whatever is inside of it, and do other experiments. There is also an opening to the subterranean ocean called The Norasi Opening, and it is the only known opening to get there.
This is a revamp of Noros for the 1.1 update
