This small frozen moon is the cumlimation of the terraforming efforts done on Venus. Due to its close proximity to Sol, this moon is slowly evaporating. The amount of matter Priapus gains from Venus’s ring however outweights the amount of mass lost to sublimation.
The inhabitants of Venus hope to one day gather all of Venus’s frozen CO2 onto a moon which can then be ejected from the system. Until the inhabitants of Sol obtain Canaan’s matter-energy conversion techology, the physical removal of excess CO2 will remain Venus’s best hope for terraformation.
