Onkoaa, also known as Arkkanna IX, is the ninth moon known for its extravagant ice caps and craters, which contrast the bloody orange color. Onkoaa also has a very rough surface, which, along with the craters, implies that not only did the moon itself have a chaotic past but also Arkkanna's System, which can explain the large rings of Arkkanna and the numerous craters on various--rather many--moons. Onkoaa also has dust floating about, giving the impression that there is an atmosphere. Its ice caps are also made of regular water ice mixed with other compounds. No life has been found here, not even in the ice caps. Another thing that makes it unique is its orbit. It lies very close to Kothrann, offering close views every now and then.

Onkoaa is a very unique moon of the Andrean Sector and holds countless mysteries. It is known for being one of the very few barren moons--moons without an atmosphere. Its craters and distance from Arkkanna are other subjects that are taken into consideration. It has ice caps comprised of water ice mixed with other compounds. Onkoaa also has a thin dust layer above its surface, mimicking an atmosphere. It is faint but visible. It also has very rough terrain, with some parts being mountainous and steep, or gradual slopes and flats.
