Stratos is the closest moon to Ertalis, and is highly volcanic. It is mainly yellow, with black obsidian peppering the surface due to active volcanoes. It is also the 3rd largest moon of Ertalis.
Geology
Stratos is littered with volcanoes. A lot of them are also large. This is due to it’s close proximity to Ertalis, which tidally stretches the moon, causing it to have high levels of volcanisim.
Geography
The most notable feature of Stratos is Basin Borealis: a HUGE lava-filled basin right next to the north pole of the moon.
Atmosphere
Though it’s atmosphere is thin, Stratos does have one. It is nothing special. It is made of around 100% SO2 (Sulfur Dioxide), which is similar to Io in real life.
