Okiissma is the fifth planet from Palen (designation: Ludwig-94135), and is the largest in the Palenian solar system. It is a gas giant similar to Jupiter and Saturn in the Solar System. It is 68.1% as massive as Jupiter, and 93.1% as large. Okiissma boasts large, icy rings. There are also 121 moons around Okiissma in total; 3 of which are major, whereas 119 are minor moons. It is the first planet discovered around Palen, and was first given the designation Ludwig-94135 b. The name Okiissma is derived from the Puriin astronomer who first observed it.

All of the moons of Okiissma have something interesting about them. The largest and outermost moon, Taxiirio, is thought to have the possibility of having life present due to liquids and a thick atmosphere being present on the surface. The other moons, like Taxiirio, have atmospheres of their own, but they are too thin to support surface life; strangely enough, their compositions are very similar.

Okiissma receives about 19 Watts per square meter, and has an average temperature of about -113.5 degrees Celcius. (At 1 atm) The atmosphere is composed of 94% H2, 5% He, 0.4% CH4, 0.02% NH3, and trace amounts of HD, C2H6, H2O, and NH4HS. The planet is noticeably oblate due to its 8 and a half hour rotation paired with its low density of about 1.1 grams per cubic centimeter.
