A super oceanic world with life. The plants are blue due to Anthocyanin, a blue-cyan pigment. There are animals here, and they mostly resemble that of semi-aquatic creatures here on Earth. They possess fins and legs to aid them on the land. This planet has a high oxygen content (34.5%), making the atmosphere a deep-blue color.

It depends. Higher oxygen would make arthropods larger, not exactly every creature. Arthropods do not have lungs; they absorb oxygen through tiny holes in their bodies called spiracles and a system of tubes called tracheae. This allowed more oxygen to diffuse into their bodies, which is important for sustaining larger body sizes. As for normal creatures, there is a lot of factors to account for in size.

34.5%...would that make the creatures rather large?

I made a planet that its similar to this, its small, has blue vegetation and also rings, but the only differences is that Iwen has more continents and more ice plates, what a coincidence!
